Overview

The service is prepaid with credits. Each job consumes real compute, so credit purchases are final.

Jobs that fail because of our system or an AI provider are refunded to your wallet immediately.

Charged but no credits received, or charged twice for the same transaction. Contact support within 7 days with the reference.

Credits used on completed jobs even if you dislike the result; bonus and commission credits; accounts suspended for policy violations.
